FIT HIIT is the junior version of our Signature FIT Class. This is High Intense Interval Training done our way, the safe way. It's a combination of strength, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. Designed in short "anaerobic workout blocks" followed by short periods of rest - hitting specific areas of the body at once giving you the GAMECHANGER you've been looking for and you leave feeling refreshed and wanting more. This class gives you the "after-burn effect" (also called EPOC, excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). Translation: your fat burn is accelerated for the next 38 hours. Who doesn't want that?!

Our program blends speed and agility with situational soccer skills to deliver a training program for soccer athletes. Our goal is simple - to develop a more athletically skilled soccer player, who is confident with and without the ball.
We offer organized/focused workouts for developing each aspect of athletic speed and soccer skill. We also offer breakdown of game speed scenarios to challenge players and recognize strengths and weaknesses.
We work on gaining comfort with your movement, teaching moves/turns with agility, by working on body control and rhythm, and introduce players into drills to develop vision, communication and off the ball movement.
HOT FLOW YOGA
Expect simple, athletic, Vinyasa-based variations to enhance lengthening, strengthening and opening the tight hard-to-get areas. This slow-paced class focuses on ONE breath to ONE movement, blending the best of all worlds…flexibility, mobility, strength. Train like an athlete, and recover like one too.

Each segment is 3 movement patterns, 3+ muscle groups, 3 rounds. Arm segment targets on bi's, tri's, shoulders, while incorporation lower body to increase overall heart rate. Core segment focuses on multiple planes of motion and using full body for the best results. Expect to sweat. All levels welcome.
RIDE meets FIT. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 40 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Ride is our signature high-energy, performance based indoor cycling class that challenges you to transform your body and have fun doing it. Next up: 35 mins of FIT. This express version of our signature class will get you sweating and wanting more. ARC + ARMS + ABS
Total body workout in 75 mins. This class starts with 50 mins on an elite arc machine. This NON-IMPACT cardio & strength class is guaranteed to make you work in a way you didn’t know possible. You work, you sweat, you change your body. Next up…25 mins designed to shred the arms + abs by using compound movement patterns to maximize your training time AND calorie burn.
