BARRE

Revolutionizing the barre method. Lift, tone, burn and add flexibility all in one! An athletic activation series encompassing a high-energy workout that builds lean muscle, burns fat, increases ROM (range of motion) and helps you strive toward a more lean and fit you. This class combines yoga/pilates, athletic movement, core conditioning and toning for a total body sculpting workout. We utilize a ballet barre (for stabilization & deep ROM), light hand weights, stretching bands, playground balls, and your body’s weight as resistance for functional strength and dynamic movement designed to work each muscle group to exhaustion. Classes are highly energetic, fast-paced and fun.

BARRE SPORT

Basic barre meets HIIT-inspired cardio intervals. Jump start your barre with this high-energy, fast-paced, calorie-burning, FUN class! Six sets of timed cardio intervals and barre-toning combinations starting with large muscle groups & dynamic movements to small isometric & isolation work targeting arms, abs, thighs, seat and legs. Be ready to sweat while you maximize fat burn on & off the barre. Think long, lean, strong. Perfect for all levels....it's a game changer.

DANCE BARRE

Dance Barre is a high-energy, total body sculpting class that blends the best of light weight training, athletic movement, flexibility, and core strengthening! The TIGER Dance Barre method quickly reshapes your body so you can achieve those long, lean, strong muscles you've always wanted, while also improving your dance technique and form. POWER BARRE

POWER Dance Barre is an innovative class created specifically for dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders who aim to improve their power, efficiency and explosiveness in jumps and kicks. POWER Dance Barre uses the best of TIGER's barre format by activating and strengthening your muscles at the barre and then quickly going center floor to work on routine specific jumps, kicks and turns. Join us at POWER Dance Barre to take your body and skills to the next level! 

RIDE/BARRE COMBO

RIDE meets BARRE. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 30 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Next up: 60 min of barre. Lift, tone, burn and add flexibility all in one! HOT RESTORATIVE YOGA 

This 60 minute class is perfect for an active recovery day, or paired with a cardio/strength class. Poses are held for long periods of time and often modified with props, with the alignment of each posture being the main focus and foundation.

This method is designed to systematically cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, awareness, and can be therapeutic for specific conditions (over training, rehab, active recovery, stress, injury prevention).
