CARDIO CORE360
Blending the best of both: cardio meets core. Guaranteed to burn calories, NOT time. We're always creative with cardio combinations...using the studio, arc, rower, treadmill and watt bike. It’s anything other than what you expect. You work, you sweat, you change your body. Core360 is our revolutionary core training method for ALL LEVELS and ages. This class hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body in 30 power-packed minutes. It’s ideal for tightening your mid-section and glutes, while also strengthening your low back, improving overall functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. We challenge you to reach beyond your limits.

ARC
Guaranteed to burn calories, NOT time. One of the most in-demand small group classes/programs to-date. This NON-IMPACT cardio & strength class is guaranteed to make you work in a way you didn't know possible. It's anything other than what you expect. You work, you sweat, you change your body. This class takes place on an Elite Arc machine. Ten people limited per class. 

TRIPLE THREAT 
Expect to experience the trifecta of what we do best all in ONE quick-paced, high-energy class combining cardio, core and strength. The breakdown: 20 min cardio (ride + fly) + 20 min core + 30 min strength  5 min stretching = 75 min of high-energy, calorie-blasting, sweat-dripping class.....ONE YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS. ABS + ARMS
Maximize it. This 30 min express is created to shred the arms + abs by using compound movement patterns to maximize your training time AND calorie burn in a light heated environment. Each segment is 3 movement patterns, 3+ muscle groups, 3 rounds. Arm segment targets on bi's, tri's, shoulders, while incorporation lower body to increase overall heart rate. Core segment focuses on multiple planes of motion and using full body for the best results. Expect to sweat. All levels welcome.
