Once you have measured your body comp and we review your goals together, we can then assess which category you fit to meet your goals from a physical and nutritional standpoint - which is either :

1/ REDUCE (lose weight)
2/ MAINTAIN 
3/ BUILD (build lean muscle / or gain weight / or both).

From here, we can guide you for nutrition intake and meal planning guidance.
