Eric’s life-long love of fitness and athletics began early in life, and evolved into a practice of high-intensity endurance and strength training. While he enjoys pushing his body to the max, he also understands the importance of flexibility and focus on helping your body reach its peak performance. Eric discovered this balance by practicing Yoga, and knew he wanted to share this practice with others through teaching. Eric received his 200 hour Yoga Teaching Certification. His classes integrate a challenging physical experience with a higher level of focus and purpose through breath. He strives for his classes to push and strengthen you both physically and mentally. Helping gain motivation and perspective as well as rehabilitate and strengthen your body to achieve its maximum physical results.
