As a group fitness instructor for TIGER, Alissa brings her experience as a former NFL professional cheerleader and collegiate dancer to lead TIGER barre and TIGER cardio dance classes. She has learned how proper technique, stamina, strength AND fun of dance can benefit all athletes and all fitness levels. She is available to coach dance and cheer or to help the little performers in your life prepare for their own try-outs and solos at TIGER, and is the Head High School Dance Team coach for Hopkins High School (fall) and has experience coaching children too. As a mom to a new baby girl, Alissa has also enjoyed the changes one goes through with pregnancy and fitness after delivering a baby. She can help with this life transition too! Alissa believes everyone is a dancer at heart, whether a pro or not, come to this class and your workouts won’t miss a beat!
