Hot Flow Yoga 
Expect simple, athletic, Vinyasa-based variations to enhance lengthening, strengthening and opening the tight hard-to-get areas. This slow-paced class focuses on ONE breath to ONE movement, blending the best of all worlds…flexibility, mobility, strength. Train like an athlete, and recover like one too.

Hot Restorative Yoga
This 60 minute class is perfect for an active recovery day, or paired with a cardio/strength class. Poses are held for long periods of time and often modified with props, with the alignment of each posture being the main focus and foundation.
This method is designed to systematically cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, awareness, and can be therapeutic for specific conditions (over training, rehab, active recovery, stress, injury prevention).


TRIPLE THREAT 

Expect to experience the trifecta of what we do best all in ONE quick-paced, high-energy class combining cardio, core and strength. The breakdown: 20 min cardio (ride + fly) + 20 min core + 30 min strength + 5 min stretching = 75 min of high-energy, calorie-blasting, sweat-dripping class.....ONE YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS. ABS + ARMS 

Maximize it. This 30 min express is created to shred the arms + abs by using compound movement patterns to maximize your training time AND calorie burn in a light heated environment. Each segment is 3 movement patterns, 3+ muscle groups, 3 rounds. Arm segment targets on bi's, tri's, shoulders, while incorporation lower body to increase overall heart rate. Core segment focuses on multiple planes of motion and using full body for the best results. Expect to sweat. All levels welcome.


POWER HOUR: CARDIO-STRENGTH
Optimize your fat burn for 48 hours post-class. It's called metabolic resistance training - it's your perception of circuit --- only reborn and redesigned. Get ready for a power hour with multiple trainers, multiple stations, working multiple muscles. This ultimate total-body-workout will keep your heart pumping, calories burning and will be forcing you to guess what's next. You will want to give more, but there will be nothing left. Optimize your fat burn. We got your back.

RIDE/BARRE COMBO
RIDE meets BARRE. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 30 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Next up: 60 min of barre. Lift, tone, burn and add flexibility all in one! An athletic activation series encompassing a high-energy workout that builds lean muscle, burns fat, increases ROM (range of motion) and helps you strive toward a more lean and fit you. This class combines yoga/pilates, athletic movement, core conditioning and toning for a total body sculpting workout. We utilize a ballet barre (for stabilization & deep ROM), light hand weights, stretching bands, playground balls, and your body’s weight as resistance for functional strength and dynamic movement designed to work each muscle group to exhaustion. Classes are highly energetic, fast-paced and fun.

STRONG
It's back! Get Lean + Strong. This class is a sports-inspired athletic strength and cardio circuit designed for ALL levels that want to be pushed and it is guaranteed to change your body. Using ground-based movement, your body weight, & our state-of-the-art functional strength training jungle gym, this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout program is designed to be a series of timed stations in quick succession encompassing cardio, resistance, ropes, intervals, agility, power, plyometrics, endurance and drive in a fun, safe environment. RIDE FIT
RIDE meets FIT. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 40 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Ride is our signature high-energy, performance based indoor cycling class that challenges you to transform your body and have fun doing it. Next up: 35 mins of FIT. This express version of our signature class will get you sweating and wanting more. TIGERFIT is delivered in sets targeting the upper and lower body, paired with a sports-inspired cardio workout for building functional strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic movements and drills with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic trainers and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. Come play and go at your own pace!

ARC + ARMS + ABS
Total body workout in 75 mins. This class starts with 50 mins on an elite arc machine. This NON-IMPACT cardio & strength class is guaranteed to make you work in a way you didn’t know possible. You work, you sweat, you change your body. Next up…25 mins designed to shred the arms + abs by using compound movement patterns to maximize your training time AND calorie burn.
