Kayla began her yoga journey at a young age but her passion for the practice grew many years later. She was a competitive cheerleader and gymnast at UW-Stout specializing in beam and vault. After college she completed her 200 hour yoga and reformer Pilates level I & II.
She is passionate about keeping the body in peak performance shape at all ages and discovered yoga and Pilates is the key to living an injury free life!
Kayla also specializes in taking workouts outside onto the water. She teaches stand up paddle board (SUP) yoga sculpt classes at beaches in the Minnetonka area. Somewhere in between the crazy fit lifestyle she said “I DO” on the sandy beaches of Punta Cana less than a year ago!
