For those that prefer a one-on-one training relationship or whose schedules are very unpredictable, the individual private training option is designed for you.  Individual Training is customized to meet specific goals and maximize your potential.  Sessions are typically 60 minutes but can be tailored to the individual or group requirements.  Semi-private or small group training also available upon request.  Please contact us if you are interested in making an appointment.
