At Reneu Sport + Health, we offer individualized, hands-on treatments to individuals with a goal of decreasing pain, preventing injury, and improving performance. We take an innovative approach to Physical Therapy treatments by utilizing the most up to date, evidence-based techniques.
When the demands and stresses of daily activities become more than our body’s are prepared for, we begin to make compensations in reaction to those demands. When they become too much the specific muscle or joint, we begin to experience breakdown of the tissue, which then leads to pain. By neutralizing the painful pathways, we are able to eliminate pain quickly, and move into the next phase of physical health.
Having adequate muscle length, pliability, and joint movement is they key to adequate mobility. Lack of mobility at joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments is what ultimately leads to injury. At Reneu, we evaluate and treat areas of tension, tightness, and dysfunction to allow for proper movement patterns that will over time, prevent injury.

Dr. Natalie Miller is dedicated to injury prevention and is a true lover of sports and fitness. Her deep commitment is reflected in her loyalty and compassion to her clients and their overall health. Natalie began dancing at a young age and after multiple knee injuries ended up requiring surgery, she became interested in physical therapy as a way to help people, at any level, achieve their goals of staying active and healthy.
Natalie attended and danced for the University of Kansas where she was heavily involved with the basketball and football programs. She graduated with a BS in Exercise Science, and went on to attend the University of Minnesota, earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Natalie is a board-certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities, and is currently studying to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Natalie’s expertise is in treating those with knee and hip injuries, specifically dancers and female soccer players. She strives to bring hope and encouragement to all of us who are living with pain, lack of mobility, or who are simply wanting to improve their overall health.
