Avid athlete & mother of two, training has been apart of Shiloh’s life for over 10 years including numerous short races, marathons and cross-training.  Shiloh believes that in order to achieve your fitness goals you need to integrate functional training into your regimen and fuel the body properly with nutrient rich foods. Her passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals, and believes consistency and dedication show results that are everlasting.
