RIDE

The only fitness studio in the USA to have the WATT Bike! Ride is our signature high-energy, performance-based indoor cycling class that challenges you to transform your body and have fun doing it. Discover the TIGER RIDE experience, lasting 45 minutes including climbs, descents, sprints, and more! Instructor will lead the way, suggesting target resistance levels and RPM's to strive for. But YOU decide exactly what's right for you by controlling the technology on your bike. If you're feeling pumped, ride harder and faster than the targets. And if you're just beginning, you can take it down a notch. The bike settings can be customized for you.

RIDE CORE

RIDE meets CORE. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 30 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Next up: A 30 min revolutionary core training for ALL LEVELS. This class hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body in power-packed minutes. Ideal for tightening your midsection, hamstrings, glutes & overall functional strength. RIDE meets CORE. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 30 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Next up: A 30 min revolutionary core training for ALL LEVELS. This class hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body in power-packed minutes. RIDE SCULPT

Total body workout in 50 minutes! We add light weights to sculpt the upper body and fire the core in between endurance/strength ride sets on the one and only WATT bike. It's THE BOMB!


TRIPLE THREAT 

Expect to experience the trifecta of what we do best all in ONE quick-paced, high-energy class combining cardio, core and strength. The breakdown: 20 min cardio (ride + fly) + 20 min core + 30 min strength + 5 min stretching = 75 min of high-energy, calorie-blasting, sweat-dripping class.....ONE YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS. RIDE/BARRE COMBO

RIDE meets BARRE. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 30 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Next up: 60 min of barre. Lift, tone, burn and add flexibility all in one! An athletic activation series encompassing a high-energy workout that builds lean muscle, burns fat, increases ROM (range of motion) and helps you strive toward a more lean and fit you. This class combines yoga/pilates, athletic movement, core conditioning and toning for a total body sculpting workout. We utilize a ballet barre (for stabilization & deep ROM), light hand weights, stretching bands, playground balls, and your body’s weight as resistance for functional strength and dynamic movement designed to work each muscle group to exhaustion. Classes are highly energetic, fast-paced and fun.


RIDE FIT

RIDE meets FIT. A blend of both worlds. This class starts with a 40 min ride on the original Watt Bike from Europe. Ride is our signature high-energy, performance based indoor cycling class that challenges you to transform your body and have fun doing it. Next up: 35 mins of FIT. This express version of our signature class will get you sweating and wanting more. TIGERFIT is delivered in sets targeting the upper and lower body, paired with a sports-inspired cardio workout for building functional strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic movements and drills with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic trainers and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. Come play and go at your own pace!
