DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, it is important for us to know who’s taking classes with us and have all your contact information.  You can create an account HERE.  (Bonus:  The first class is just $10 for new members,  but you still need to register.)
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
Get ready to have fun!  You will need shoes for all classes except barre or yoga we offer.  For all Ride classes you will want to bring your cycling shoes if you have them.  Cycling shoes with SPD clips give you the best ride possible.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIALS FOR NEW CLIENTS?
Yes, if you like a great deal we have two options!  3 for $30 so you can sample your way through our offerings....and if you commit within 7 days of your 3rd intro class, you are eligible for the 1 month unlimited membership promotion.  There is so much to try-out, we know you will want more!  Just call the studio or register on-line to reserve your spot.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I COME?
Arrive early (15 minutes) to your first class and let the front desk staff know that it's your first visit. A TIGER staff member will then take you through a brief orientation to get you ready. And remember, TIGER classes and training are great for all fitness levels; our instructors/trainers will lead you every step of the way.
WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
ANY TIME!  But….Diamond Level (Unlimited) Members have a 24-hour early booking window that allows them to register on the 1st day of every month, a full day before all other members and clients.

Otherwise, anytime!  You can register for as many classes as you wish for the entire month. We encourage you to sign up for your favorite classes as soon as possible as many classes fill up quickly.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE BIKE FOR MY BODY?

TIGER bikes are the best in the industry and you have several adjustments to tailor the bike to your body and comfort level:

  1. Raise/lower the seat
  2. Raise/lower the handle bars
  3. Set the distance between handle bars and seat
  4. In every class, our instructors/trainers, as well as the front desk staff, will gladly help you with these settings.
WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING & PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer an EXPERIENCE for ALL fitness levels and ages.  We are a one-stop shop boutique fitness studio offering a cross-training menu with a wide array of options based on functional bodyweight training from cardio to strength, or both, as well as sports performance and weight loss/nutrition programs.  Expect to get intensive cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and restoration all in one place whether it’s through the class experience or private/small group training.  You won’t need a supplemental gym membership with a TIGER FIT membership or class pack.  The variety of options offered makes TIGER the ideal one-stop shop for anyone seeking a complete training program.
DO YOU OFFER LOCKER ROOMS AND SHOWERS?
Yes, we have separate changing rooms and 4 bathrooms with plenty of space to change clothes, freshen up or take a quick Italian shower!  Real showers will be coming soon!
